They explained everything thoroughly; the contract, the features on the car, and they gave us a tour, introducing us to the Service Staff. As with all purchases, there was some waiting time and they were witty and engaging, making the time feel minimal. The product itself is amazing, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The Kia Sorento SXL offers all that its competitors do, but with a lot more features. The car has power and feels sporty, but is quite and runs smooth like a luxury car. I had gone to Executive Kia to have my Sportage serviced, while it was being serviced I spoke to Joe Ortiz about a used kis sole. He showed me 2 that they had on the lot.
