Joe knows his stuff as he previously worked on the service side, and has seamlessly made the transition into sales. Very personable and straight up guy, super easy to deal with and he was extremely adamant on getting us the exact car we wanted. He located the perfect vehicle, got it shipped down to MD from NY, had it detailed when it arrived and even offered to drop it off to our house. If you're buying / leasing an Audi in the Rockville area, Joe is your guy. More

He was very personable and happy to chat with me about the Q7 even though I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I also told him I was also looking at another Audi dealership closer to my home. When I was ready to purchase, Joe was able to get me a great deal but totally understood that I was still comparison shopping. At the end of the day, the other dealership offered a very competitive offer but it came down to which sales person I liked working with better. Hands down it was Joe and even after the purchase he has been nothing but helpful. You won’t got wrong purchasing an Audi from Joe. More

Awesome Experience - Great Salesperson in Joe Nowlin Earlier this year I was on the hunt for a luxury vehicle, considering a Mercedes, Range Rover, and the Audi. I visited the Rockvilke dealership la Earlier this year I was on the hunt for a luxury vehicle, considering a Mercedes, Range Rover, and the Audi. I visited the Rockvilke dealership last and immediately knew I’d found the right place and vehicle. This was all due to Joe”s great customer service from the day I entered the dealership. He educated me on the various vehicles and options and once I decided actually found the exact vehicle I wanted. He also worked with my company so that they had the info needed to process the things needed as this was a fleet vehicle. Since I purchased the vehicle Joe has stayed in contact, even sending me a text on my bday. Thanks Joe for a great experience. I’m definitely an Audi fan and would buy from and recommend you to anyone who is interested in an Audi. More
