Bad communication and absolutely no loyalty anymore. My daughters lease will be coming up soon in the beginning of 2019 and she gets an email that it's time to make a deal. We go in and they say can't make a deal on a 2019 so why the email. To make things worse she gets another email a week later that say come in and make a deal on a 2019. Really????? No Loyalty here at all!!!! More

Best Car buying experience Just brought home my second Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. What a great experience I had here compared to the week earlier I had at our local dealership in the Poconos. They saved me $100s of dollars and none of this "salesman gets manager, gets manager, etc". Joe Mercado played no games save me 100s of dollar, a joy to deal with as well as the finance people there too. Do yourself a favor and drive the 30 minutes to Toyota of Scranton. The drive, and deal at Scranton took less time then the time the local dealer spent playing the "CAR DEALERSHIP GAME" on me. Easy, Honest, Fast, Trustworthy..... Joe Mercado and Toyota of Scranton. 5 stars More

I explained to him what I wanted an Went to the dealer with the intent to lease a new Tacoma. Was greeted in the showroom by salesman Joe Mercado Jr.. I explained to him what I wanted and he showed me the inventory that was available. Joe answered whatever questions I had in a polite and professional manner. I made my choice of the vehicle I wanted and after a little negotiation we came to terms that were where I wanted to be.
