We are pleased about the vehicle although were told that we could get a second key made at Lowes or Home Depot for a minimal cost. We feel your dealership should have provided us with a second key. Instead we could get a second key made at Lowes or Home Depot for a minimal cost. We feel your dealership should have provided us with a second key. Instead we have run around town to get the key and ended up at the local Kia dealer and excess of $40 which is not fair in our opinion. More

My car runs beautifully after the mechanics fixed my steering column. I very much appreciate the shuttle drive to work while my car was worked on.
