Quite a refreshing change from another dealership nearby that I won't name where they were sooo obviously trying to wear us out doing the "sit" and bringign in a sales manager to take over the talks, etc. We ended up walking out and trying Toyota of Braintree for the first time. Joe welcomed us and couldn't have been more relaxed and honest, up front. There was just none of the uneasieness, rush to question or sizing up that you get elsewhere from sales people. We hadn't expected to buy that day but the process was so smooth we left with huge smiles and a great deal. Arthur in finance office was totally transparent and no shenanigans at the last minute. Will definitely recomment and return. More

I think all car salesmen should go to the Joe Lawler School of Salesmanship. Maybe auto salespeople would get a better rating. Professional, Friendly, Accommodating, & Very Patient Joe was amazing. A month later we were ready to purchase and came right back to him. He remembered us which I wasn't expecting but it made the experience that much more pleasant. Joe was even accommodating to my impatient 1 year old, and got her a balloon to occupy her while we did paper work. Joe & Don Richmond made everything simple for us and got everything done in one day I was able to drive my car home the same day! I am very pleased with my new 2017 Highlander and would definitely recommend Joe to my friends and family. More
