Where do I start? My check engine light was on in my car. Although it was not a Hundai, Debbie welcomed me in to check it out. I had been to the dealership where I bought my car and they told me it could be Although it was not a Hundai, Debbie welcomed me in to check it out. I had been to the dealership where I bought my car and they told me it could be this or it could be that. Something I did not want to hear. The problem was my car is getting old and there was three things wrong with it(none of which the other dealer said was wrong with it). Joe worked on my car himself something you don't see from a typical Service Manager. Joe put a lot of time into my car trying to find the problem. Debbie kept me in the loop, letting me know what was going on at all times. My experience was the BEST I ever had. I hope that anybody reading this will bring their car to Debbie and let them do what they do so good. If you are looking for a car dealership that has everything Go Here. More

Dealership staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommenend this dealership to any body that I know. My last five vechile's were Hyundai and my next will also be a Hyundai.I have used other Hyundai dealers and did not want to go back to them. W know. Got a great deal on a Santa Fe and the service was excellent! The vehicle was just what we wanted and the price was the lowest around. Started to look for a new car and wanted to check out the new Sonatas. Stopped in and looked around and left with a brand new car. Was very happy with the salesperson I dealt with and was impressed by the se new Sonatas. Stopped in and looked around and left with a brand new car. we had a problem with what we thought were the brakes and it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Te it could not be found the first time and of course as soon as we got home it started again so I took it back up and went for a drive with Bill the Technician. The car was warmed up though so we couldn't get it to replicate, so I left it and they kept it for 2 days and found it was the transmission and fixed it. They were all very courteous, and gave me a loaner( a brand new Sonata, ) I will definitely refer people to them for both service and sales. I love Hyundais and have owned 4 so far and will continue to buy them. Keep up the great work Helen King More

I got my 2010 Tucson on Feb 19, 2010, and I LOVE my car. I did a lot of research before buying, & even visited other dealerships, but we decided on St. Augustine & I'm glad we did. So glad, that my husband went back on April 1, 2010 & bought a new Santa Fe!! Joey was our salesman & he is a very personable young man, & knows those Hyundais inside & out. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. Wade is the sales manager & made us feel very welcome. Dana handles all of the financing paperwork & certainly knows his job!! Again, he answered all of our questions fully, & made appropriate recommendations. Joe King is the service manager & I have never dealt with a more pleasant, knowledgeable man. It certainly seems that the DeFeo family has put the right team together at their St. Augustine dealership. We are thrilled to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
