Well, I really needed car. but I couldn't afford much. Josh handled the sales part and made me feel at ease. Joe got me a great car at a price I could afford. Bobby and Joe took care of the finances. I am very happy with my new 2011 Chevy Impala. Bill Murray is a great, extremely patient salesman! He was very helpful and informative but not pushy. Bill also demonstrated all of the car's features and walked me through the dealership so I know exactly where to go for my free oil changes and other car service.
