Our lease was up on our XC60 Volvo so we made an appointment ahead of time with a sales consultant at the same dealership which is located in Silver Spring. My wife and I were very pleased from the moment we walked into the sales department and met with Peter our sales consultant, to the moment he handed us our keys to our new XC40. Peter was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about all of the Volvo models and very patient while my wife and I decided on which sales opportunity and model would work best for us. We are so happy that our appointment was with Peter! He made the entire process a pleasant experience. Thank you for the great customer service in the maintenance and sales department! We truly appreciate it. More

Great Service Experience I just wanted to pass on the great experience that I recently had with Jose. I had an issue with my car that arose over the weekend and I called Jose I just wanted to pass on the great experience that I recently had with Jose. I had an issue with my car that arose over the weekend and I called Jose at 8:00 on Monday morning knowing that they would probably be busy, but he told me to go ahead and bring the car in which I did at 10:30. Based on the symptoms I gave him, he was able to correctly diagnose the problem. By the time I finished the paperwork for the loaner car, it was waiting for me. Jose warned me that it may not be ready until Tuesday so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call at 4:00 that it would be ready at 6:00! And while it was there they noticed that a tag light bulb was out and replaced it. Finally, once I paid my bill my car was waiting for me freshly washed and vacuumed. I should note that there's another dealership half the distance to my home, but I still choose to go to Herb Gordon for the superior service that they provide and I trust them. More

I have the option to go to other Volvo service departments, but none can compare to Volvo Cars Silver Spring"s se Best service department in the area. I have the option to go to other Volvo service departments, but none can compare to Volvo Cars Silver Spring"s service department. I have relied on this dealership for the last 25 years. They have serviced everything from my 1986 240 Volvo to my 2017 XC 60. Very convenient. Good loaner cars. Exceptional customer service.. I highly recommend trying Volvo Cars Silver Spring today. More
