The sales team is the greatest but I can’t say the same thing about service. The appointments times are approximate, I am told sometimes they have to finish the cars from the prior day first and I have to thing about service. We had an awesome experience with test driving and picking out which color we would love!! Rich spent a lot of time to show us the ins and outs of our new car. It was a great experience. I always purchase my vehicles from Sapaugh and use their service department. Just disappointed in the decision not to transfer my 5 year service agreement to my 2024. I was told it was tied to the VIN which service department. Just disappointed in the decision not to transfer my 5 year service agreement to my 2024.
