The lifetime warrantee and the one that they sell is a total ripoff. they say that it is a $100.00 deductible. NOPE. Upgraded Truck My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current truck- we found exactly what we were looking for at the Forest Lake Dealer- We originally start My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current truck- we found exactly what we were looking for at the Forest Lake Dealer- We originally started working with Tyler- he was very helpful in getting things started- When we came in to finalize everything, it took only a few moments- The finance manager didn't really impress me, his scare tactics for why we shouldn't have purchased our extended warranty from our credit union was unnecessary. The things that stood out most to me were the visit we just had- we had to come back to the dealership for them to detail our truck and pick up our plates- Joe was wonderful- working in this business (Automotive Sales) for over 15 years- customer service is a big thing to me. Joe was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had- he made sure that what needed to be done to our truck, was done and in a timely manner. Thank you Joe and Tyler! More

Very Disappointed !!! Very Disappointed. The WORST New Vehicle buying experience I ever had. Mostly after I signed the contract. The $4x,xxx. Blazer RS stayed at the deal Very Disappointed. The WORST New Vehicle buying experience I ever had. Mostly after I signed the contract. The $4x,xxx. Blazer RS stayed at the dealership to get rust proof and protective wrap for the paint. My long-awaited pre-retirement vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I find out someone has driven 230 miles before I picked it up. Most likely before the rust proofing and protective wrap was installed. When I arrive the Blazer was dirty. I took it to get it washed, then had to washed it a second time. Just to find out the paint was chipped Like someone took it on a joy ride on a dirt road. The paint will never be the same. Was in the shop at the dealer for a week to trying to fix it. Went to pick it up it, once again dirty ! The paint job will never be the same. When buying the vehicle they kept ask me are you going to keep it for a long time. Yes I keep my vehicles for a long time. So I bought the lifetime warranty. I wash my car at least once a week. Not the New Vehicle experience I was hoping for. A Very disappointed Chev. Owner More
