Highly recommended! !!! I was from out of state and had a very rushed timeline to buy a vehicle. My Sales Consultant Joe Caruso helped me find it, answered all my questio !!! I was from out of state and had a very rushed timeline to buy a vehicle. My Sales Consultant Joe Caruso helped me find it, answered all my questions, and took the time to send me a video of the vehicle too which was pretty neat. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some nice features on the vehicle. When I flew down to purchase the vehicle Joe Caruso was prepared for my visit and had everything ready to review and sign. He is a true gentleman. This dealership has a friendly atmosphere and the owner himself greeted me. It was truly a very pleasurable experience. This was our first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Naples and we were very pleased! Our salesman Joe Caruso was amazing, we called with an hour to close and Joe had the vehicle pulled up front and wai Naples and we were very pleased! Our salesman Joe Caruso was amazing, we called with an hour to close and Joe had the vehicle pulled up front and waiting on our test drive. Joe shared his expertise with us and stayed with us after hours to make sure we felt comfortable and valued in completing our purchase.
