Very friendly and honest. Gary Yeomans Ford was my most relaxing dealings with a dealership. When we visited Gary Yeomans Ford we were treated like a relative, ( I know what your thinking, thats what every relaxing dealings with a dealership. When we visited Gary Yeomans Ford we were treated like a relative, ( I know what your thinking, thats what everyone says when visiting a dealer.) But believe me I was trying to get into a new car and without a problem they got me into not only a new car but a beautiful absolutely fantastic deal on the car I chose with very reasonable pymts. If your tired of all the crap you go through when visiting a dealership then rest assured Gary Yeoman Ford of west palm is a sure bet that you'll walk away feeling good about your choice. I'm about to buy another NEW car and yes I will be going to Gary Yeomans Ford to buy it. Joe Bunting has been our go to guy for the last 3 cars that we have leased/bought from Palm Bay Ford. Joe is a pleasure to deal with and follows up to make sure your buying experience is positive. The service department is always there to help and guide your choices. In this Department we have dealt with Franklin and Sophia. Will use them again in 2022 when the next lease is up. Overall satisfied but room for improvement I like Palm Bay Ford, and have bought several vehicles from them, and have been happy with all of them, but one. I get my vehicle serviced there, and I like Palm Bay Ford, and have bought several vehicles from them, and have been happy with all of them, but one. I get my vehicle serviced there, and they even offer free car washes, that I don’t take advantage of even though I probably should. I went in today to see what they had on sale. Couldn’t make a deal, and that’s okay because my current vehicle is fine, and I got a $20 Texas Road House gift card and an invite to their Inaugural Veterans Dinner, which I accepted, and look forward to. Speaking of Veterans, I guess I don’t understand the Veteran program that Ford advertises that is equivalent for Ford Employee prices. When I inquired today, they said I didn’t qualify. I’m not sure why. When I learned about it last year, I bought a life-time membership to the DAV. I wish they would explain the actual non-benefits a little more clearly. More
