It was a little complicated because I was trading in two cars. Joe took over for Zack the next night when I brought in the second car for appraisal and taken care of me the rest of the way. Everyone including the sales manager Rick went the extra mile to get me in a new Outlander. I'm very happy with the Michaud dealership and recommend them highly! More

Fantastic experience purchasing 1st new car! I went to MM last week a bit leery due to recent visits to other dealerships with pushy uncaring salesmen. Joe Balesteri was the polar opposite! He was patient (I ask some off the wall questions) informative (if he didn't know the answer to my ? he would get it immediately) and efficient (I was in and out in 90 min including a great test drive). Joe didn't try to over sell. I told him my budget and he found me a better car than I thought I could afford for my price! No pressure, he's confident in the cars he sells and the work everyone at Michaud performs. If you want great service and a great deal ask for Joe Balesteri! The finance guy, Brian J. Tremblay, was great too. Again, no pressure. He told me what extra packages were available, answered my questions easily and no judgement when I refused them. Follow up was terrific. I feel if I have any questions or problems if the future they will take care of me. I highly recommend Michaud Mitsubishi and especially Joe Balesteri. I definitely lucked out finding rhem. More

Wonderful Experience I just bought my second car from Michaud Mitsubishi. Each time the sales team has been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This second time I bought a car I browsed online first. When I arrived they had the car I was interested in right out front for me with a reserved sign in it. The whole process only took about two hours and I was driving home in my brand new car. I am looking forward to continuing to visit them for my service. We gave a try, pulled to the Mitsubishi parking lot in Danvers. Joe Balestest came out to greet us right away. He introduced himself and ensured us he will help us to find what we are looking for withing our budget. Well, that was a magic the words for me. All in all, we left this Diller with our new 7 passengers Mitsubishi Outlender and I can't express my gratitude to Joe for excellent service during the purchase of the car. He was very helpful, friendly, takes time with customer and understanding. Definitely will recommend Joe to anyone that is looking for a new car. More
