Best Experience My husband and I had been working with Jimmy over 2 weeks to find the car I wanted. When we pulled up to the dealer on Friday, he had everything ready to go. He was not pushy at all and made the process as pleasant as possible. Love the family atmosphere here!! More

Incredible experience Sent a request to come see a 4Runner I had my eye on. Jimmy responded and we set up a test drive on Saturday. I got a little antsy and headed out to Bastrop on Friday instead (unannounced) Jimmy was busy and had Rick assist me while he was tied up. Rick was awesome! He was not a used car salesman by any means and was very personable. Neither Jimmy nor Rick tried to sell me the truck, Both made sure to answer all my questions and it was up to me to put pressure on them to allow me to buy the car. Ive never had salesman not pressure me into buying a car. It was very pleasant. After I purchased ride Jimmy stayed late after his shift to setup my stereo and understand how to use the 4x4 and use all the features of car, I was shocked! Best dealership I've been to yet. More

Excellent Sales Staff and Customer Service I have purchased four vehicles from Jimmy at Lost Pines. I would never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. From the online inquiry, to the in person service we found the experience at Lost Pines to be very friendly, low pressure and "game" free. Jimmy was knowledgeable about the products and associated services. He was very patient as we browsed several options and once we locked in on the model that was right for us he worked diligently to secure it at a great price and with fair trade in terms.
