Are we almost there? I left my car on Feb 16. Someone back-ordered parts on Feb 26. A lady in the parts department called me on Mar 5 and said that the manufacturer is m I left my car on Feb 16. She told me that it would take another three or four weeks. It has been over a month and a few days since I left my car. It's been two and a half weeks since she told me that. Can I wait a half week or one? Please tell me what is going on. More

Thank you for trying to help me. Here is one thing I have to explain to you. I'm commuting by bus from the Bronx to Mt Pleasant. It takes more than two hours for one way. That means I spend about four and a half hours daily, five days a week, including Saturday and Sunday. Last Saturday, I missed one bus, which took five and a half hours to commute. Now I'm very tired of commuting by bus. It's already been over two weeks, 17 days since I dropped off my car at your place. I know it's not your fault. But I need my car back as soon as possible to avoid the tiredness of commuting by bus. At least, I would like to know when my car will be ready. If anybody in your parts department says they don't know because of the back-order status, It will disappoint me. Thanks, Jimmy. More

Any time you have to get work done on your car you should always expect to wait at least a few hours. So for me the time isn’t what time considering. What I’m looking at when I have to wait a while is how w always expect to wait at least a few hours. So for me the time isn’t what time considering. What I’m looking at when I have to wait a while is how welcoming an establishment is towards their customers. And these guys did that very well. All the guys were cool. The waiting area has a bathroom, chairs, a tv, vending machine and coffee & tea. But most of all it was CLEAN. Something you might not expect from a car shop. overall. Good experience and satisfied with the work that was done for the price I was charged. Worth it in my opinion. More
