Outstanding Was in pressed with the mechanic coming out and telling use what was really needed. Loose Gas Cap ligtht I came in to find out why I had a Loose Gas Cap light that wouldn’t resolve after replacing the Cap multiple times. Long story short the light progres I came in to find out why I had a Loose Gas Cap light that wouldn’t resolve after replacing the Cap multiple times. Long story short the light progressed to a Check Engine light and although I was frustrated, the staff (Jimmy) kept me fully informed and allowed me to voice my thoughts ( even though I was wrong)! Great improvements from previous experiences! I am very happy with the teamwork they show and the work they do! More

warranty questions I brought my 2018 Titan in to check to see if I might have problem that would be covered under warranty. The rear window switch works the reverse of I brought my 2018 Titan in to check to see if I might have problem that would be covered under warranty. The rear window switch works the reverse of all the window switches. I was told this is the way all truck rear window switches were wired. Also, I have some raised areas in the paint behind the cab. I took the truck to Body Works and was told that this happens after the cab is dipped at the factory. To correct this it would be necessary to slide the bed back far enough to sand the blemishes and repaint. More
