I have purchased at least five (5) vehicles from this dealership, and currently my wife, daughter, son, and I are driving Chrysler and Jeep products. While I have always been well treated, and feel I've always gotten the "best" deal from the Sales department; Richard Miranda and Ben are my go to people with any questions, or for any purchase. But as great as the Sales Department is, and I've said this many times to all of them; it's the Quality and Outstanding service of their Service Department that keeps me coming back to purchase more vehicles! Jimmy runs a tight shop, and while I don't know any of his mechanics, his front line staff that I've dealt with for years of Dede, Scott and Tee are "Superb!" On my most recent visit my wife and I were met by Dede, and she did not disappoint! More

When having my vehicle serviced at elmwood Dodge I find scheduling my appointment is always easy to get an appointment that suits my busy work schedule and hectic life. I also had interaction with Ma Good service on my prior vehicle when needed. My sales rep (Rich Regerrio) is personable, friendly and informative. I also had interaction with Mark Watters during the sales process. Mark is "low key" sales and also "very"personable and knowledgeable. They make a great team. I don't do "high pressure" and neither Mark nor Richard were. Mark is the primary reason I returned to purchase my vehicle because I was treated so well when I purchased my prior vehicle and Richard enhances the reason. Your finance person was easy to speak with and explained everything. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Elmwood and when the time comes, I'm certain there will be a 3rd. More

Elmwood Dodge has always been a great place to go for a good deal or maintenance for your vehicle. I purchased my last 2 ram trucks from them. They gave me good deals on both. Anytime I needed regular maintenance I have never had a problem they made it easy and convenient. I recently got rear ended and JJ In the body shop took great care to make sure I get taken care of.The support team there helped with me getting a loan a car. She was great to work with. The service department has always been great Scott and the rest of the team always makes everything easier. I recommend Elmwood Dodge for anyone who wants a good deal and a great support team. More
