I leased and purchased a Rav4 from Wilde back in 1999. So why would I go anywhere else when I needed another one??? J. Sauceda & R Arshad did a Great Job walking me through the process. We had the most amazing experience today. Kenn, from the finance dept., was so pleasant, understanding, and he listened so carefully to our concern as we returned the day after picking up our new car last n finance dept., was so pleasant, understanding, and he listened so carefully to our concern as we returned the day after picking up our new car last night re: a financial matter. He went above and beyond to make things "right" which has affirmed the honesty and integrity of this dealership. He made us feel good and reaffirmed our decision to go with Toyota (after 20 + years owning a completely different brand of car). Kenn "sealed" our satisfaction and topped off our new car experience at Wilde Toyota and we will highly recommend him, as well as this dealership. Thanks Kenn. Considerate and friendly sales people/manager/finance people Jim Sauceda was a true professional, courteous, extremely helpful and considerate of our health. He knew his way around the pc, place, people and car Jim Sauceda was a true professional, courteous, extremely helpful and considerate of our health. He knew his way around the pc, place, people and cars, and saved us quite a bit of time, which was important to us. In the background Ian was doing his bit to steer things the right way, and Chris the Finance Manager was very professional as well and explained things well. Overal a very well oiled operation, and it helped us decide to go with the Costco program.
