Although its quite a stretch from my home, it is worth the time. The Staff is very experienced, polite, informative and trained for excellence. I walked in with the reason to lease a brand new VOLVO S60 T5. I drove home with the nicest car I ve ever had. My sales person was extremely helpful, and showed me exactly the car I described to him, well, even better, I say. My experience was 100% satisfying. I felt taken care of and treated like a VIP. Elliott Bates was low-pressure, pleasant, informed, and available to answer my questions. He spent time with me without pressuring me at all.
