My new 2020 Camaro Jim was very helpful and tried to go that extra mile to get my car sale wrapped up! He treated me as a person and not as just another sale! He even personally showed me how to use features on my car...that day and days later after I forgot some of the tech! Also need to thank Marty McKenna whom got the wheels rolling on my car, literally! I've been dealing with Uncle Marty for quite a few years now and he's handled my concerns or found someone who could in his stead! More

Like Family I was very pleased with my recent visit to Phillips Chevrolet after working with Jim Rio. When you shop for cars there is a stereotype of having to de I was very pleased with my recent visit to Phillips Chevrolet after working with Jim Rio. When you shop for cars there is a stereotype of having to deal with pushy salesmen. However, I found Jim to be an exception. He did listen to the concerns I had and eventually found a vehicle that addressed all of them. You could tell that he is personally invested in the work he does. The rest of the experience went smoothly as well. I will be back to Phillips in the future! More
