Pleasurable Buyng Experience I'm new to Colorado. Moved from Dublin, OH at the end of November. My front-wheel drive Acura TL could not handle the steep snow-covered roads in Ever I'm new to Colorado. Moved from Dublin, OH at the end of November. My front-wheel drive Acura TL could not handle the steep snow-covered roads in Evergreen. So, on Dec 31, 2014, I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX AWD TECH. Jim O'Connell met me in the parking lot on my way into the dealership. From that point, the buying process was a pleasurable experience. I met several of the other sales people and the manager during the discussion of my needs. After the purchase, I spent at least an hour with Leo Falcam. He explained the various operations of my new MDX. I found this to be VERY helpful. I also appreciate that he is available to answer any of my question about the car.. I have owned an Acura since 1987. This was definitely one of the better buying experiences! More

He knew his products/cars very well and we decided to go for a test drive. We left that day without buying a car but we gave Jim a time frame of which he followed up with us. We went back and looked at them again and at that point decided to buy. Jim was really helpful,patient and easy going with no pressure from the time we set foot on the lot until we drove off the lot with a new MDX which was about four to six weeks. A few times I had my kids' with me and he as well as all the other sales men were very attentive. They talked to, played with and got them snacks each time we came in which was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Great service from Dennis and Jim We had a great experience buying our 2014 MDX from the gang at Courtesy. Dennis Craig greeted us and showed us around and took us for a test drive. We had a lot more car shopping to do, but Dennis followed up with us on the phone a couple times over the next couple months. A few more trips to Courtesy, including one that involved us bringing luggage into the showroom and one that resulted in taking a car home to test our garage, and we decided to buy. Jim O'Connell stepped in when Dennis was occupied and also did a great job. He even helped entertain the kids while the papers were being signed. At signing, Will was very professional and helped us get great financing terms. Even after the deal was done, Dennis made sure we were happy and worked in a few extras. Courtesy Acura provided us with the level of service that one should expect from a brand such as Acura. We would definitely recommend them to anyone we like! More

Good experience. Floyd Pratt did a good job start to finish. He contacted via an internet inquiry, had some email issues and decided to just pop in to check out a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that fit my nee finish. He contacted via an internet inquiry, had some email issues and decided to just pop in to check out a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that fit my needs. Floyd was not there so Jimmy started off by finding the vehicle I was interested in. He then had another appointment that was scheduled so he handed me off to Leo and Hannah. All along the way everyone was professional and helpful. In the end I did not make a deal that day I first stepped into the dealership. Floyd then followed up with me through email a few days later. We were able to exchange a few offers and come to a deal. The teamwork this dealer showed was surprising and refreshing. Everyone worked professionally and didn't seem to be undermining each other. I don't think this deal would of been done without the work of everyone I encountered at Courtesy Acura. Go see Floyd, see if he can get a deal done for you. More
