Jim loves Acura because he believes their longevity and price point is the best compared to other luxury vehicles. I had an unpleasant experience. I purchased 3M clear to go over parts of exterior on my vehicle. They applied it without fully cleaning all area's of vehicle before applying. Inside I purchased 3M clear to go over parts of exterior on my vehicle. They applied it without fully cleaning all area's of vehicle before applying. Inside vehicle was not cleaned well. I also have no way of knowing if the paint protection I purchased was even applied. I paid a lot of money to have them apply it to a dirty exterior. They were not knowledgeable about answering questions regarding the vehicle. I felt rushed on purchasing items for vehicle, so they could make their commission. I will never purchase from dealership in future. I paid 37,288.00 cash! I was made empty promises, regarding, cleaning my vehicle, in and out correctly! I had to ask for paperwork for oil change, so I would know when the next one was due, and if it was ever done. I had to ask for warranty paperwork for the 3M and also the paint protector. A very unprofessional team. I asked to speak with manager, I was ignored. He never came to me to discuss concerns I had. I feel like they took my money and then spit on me! I will not refer friends, family or others to this dealership. I will also cancel the extended warranty I purchased before my 30 days are up. I wish I was able to give a better review. Please, have a beautiful rest of your day! More

Having a negative experience at another Acura dealership, I came to Courtesy and am thrilled I did. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, she was on top of everything and explained everything in detai I came to Courtesy and am thrilled I did. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, she was on top of everything and explained everything in detail. Went above and beyond to find quotes on tires and kept me updated on the status of my car. From Vanessa, to the mechanics working hard, the whole crew was wonderful. Oh and my car was so clean and shiny when it was returned to me, that I didn’t even know it was mine. I don’t think it was that pretty when I bought it. No detail went unchecked and there was zero pressure to do anything. If you want to feel welcome and be treated with appreciation, I absolutely 100% recommend Courtesy! More
