My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a couple of months. My son-in-law recommended Jim Lutsey at Taylor Ford, as he had recently purchased a Mustang from Jim and was very pleased with his experi of months. My son-in-law recommended Jim Lutsey at Taylor Ford, as he had recently purchased a Mustang from Jim and was very pleased with his experience. We were reluctant to consider Ford as we had had a very bad experience several years ago when we had purchased a new Fairmont. We agreed to contact Mr. Lutsey and see what was now offered. We are pleased to report that Mr. Lutsey went out of his way to serve us and meet our needs. Mr. Lutsey has defintely changed our minds about Ford. We are very pleased with our new Ford Escape. I believe the review I have provided is a true expression of our experience. However, I do not believe it should be necessary to register to have the review accepted.
