Very good customer service Laurie Arndt was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. It was because of her that I decided to buy my Jeep from Kelly. My first experience with sales at Kelly was less than I expected for many reasons, though the root problem was the salesman. That was in 2011. But I decided to return to look at the red Jeep Wrangler on the lot though I had no intention of buying it there. But when I met Laurie I was pleasantly surprised. Her professionalism was top notch and she took time with me without being overbearing. I felt like I was dealing with an adult. So I purchased the Wrangler and am very happy with the overall experience. Also had a very good experience with the service department. More
