I exchanged a couple of calls/txt/emails on a Monday with Jim and met up with him that night to check out a 2006 Miata on the lot. We took it for a test drive and he explained all the features along the way. We went back to the dealership and talked #s and was told that there wasn't much room to work on the price (it was priced pretty aggressively and he had comps of other similar Miatas available around the area to prove it). I told him I would shop around We exchanged a few emails/text during the week on status. Fast forward to Sunday morning; I saw a newly listed 2008 Miata at his dealership on autotrader. I sent him an email with an offer at 7:30 am and he called me back within 30 mins and we worked out a deal. This was 8 am in the morning on a Sunday morning; the dealership doesn't open until 10 am on a Sunday! He even met up with me at the dealership @ 10 am to finish the paperwork - all this on his day off. Thank you Jim and team (Don, Chance, and Omar) for this wonderful buying experience. More

Another excellent experience at Tustin Mazda! I purchased by third Mazda from Jim Feinstein on 7/9/15 and as usual I received excellent customer service from him! Each time he has made the proces I purchased by third Mazda from Jim Feinstein on 7/9/15 and as usual I received excellent customer service from him! Each time he has made the process easy and has been very friendly, informative and gotten be great deals on my Mazdas. He takes the time to discuss all aspects of the sale, vehicle and financing as though you are his only customer. I'm loving my new Mazda3 and when I'm the market for my next car, I'll surely be returning to see Jim again at Tustin Mazda! More

They discussed at length what I required, and did not force anything on me. I came away feeling satisfied that I had the right vehicle, and driving it over the last few days confirmed that. The answer is yes, this dealership is the real deal and the miles I traveled was worth the deal I got! This dealership is friendly, non aggressive and places the customer first. If you visit any dealership make sure Tustin Mazda is on your list....ask for Jim Feinstein, who is not only a fine car professional but equally a good person as well. Management should be aware that it was Mr. Feinstein's attentiveness and "customer first" style is what got me to come in this Memorial Day weekend. I came in looking for a 2015 Mazda3 I Touring without all the fancy bells and whistle. Jim sat down with us and broke down the offer price very easily before showing us a couple of models. He was very courteous and didn't pressure us into buying a more expensive version. In fact, he worked with us and gave us a great price with a couple of perks thrown in. The detail he went through when explaining the car and the effort he went through to make sure that we got the top notch service was very much appreciated. Long story short, the pricing was very straight forward and fair. The service overall was also very friendly and we even were greeted by John Patterson, the owner, a few times. Jim is an awesome salesman and I would definitely recommend him to my future Mazda buyers! More

Phenomenal Exeperience I was just in a car accident and needed a new car after I found out it was a total loss. I looked into Mazda and fell in love right away.
