Great service! I had a wonderful experience at Elk Grove Toyota! We went to another Toyota dealership prior to going to Elk Grove Toyota. The other dealership had an employee that would not leave us alone. Johnny at Elk Grove Toyota helped us without pestering us to buy a car. He stayed by and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of our financing/leasing options explaining all of the pros and cons. I would go back to Elk Grove Toyota to buy my next car! More

He has exceptional Customer services skills and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with this purchase. I have been to other dealerships but because of employees like Samir I choose Elk Grove Toyota. I purchased a brand new 2016 toyota camry SE and Samir was walked me through each step. Samir answered all our questions and seemed very knowledge in his professional.
