We purchased a used GX 460 in December, drove 3 states to get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, e get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, etc. We've taken it into our local Lexus dealership for diagnosis and they want over 2k to fix it. Big mistake thinking this dealership would provide us peace of mind in such a large and important purchase. I Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealership or Lexus in general. Reached out to the dealership, they VERY QUICKLY refused to do anything about it. We've spoken to Lexus corporate and they want to offer us some pennies to go toward the cost of repair. Not what we expected from an "award winning" Lexus dealership or from this brand. More

Worth the 4 hour drive Lexus Wade alone was worth the 4 hour drive. I've never bought a vehicle where we learned so much about it. He does a great job explaining updated features of vehicles. He is detailed oriented, respectful of clients' knowledge or lack thereof, patient, a good listener and problem solver. Will Snider went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and made us feel valued as customers. Jordan Klein was very helpful and honest in his approach. Our sales person, Jill Johns, was knowledgeable and accessible throughout the car buying process. We are long-term clients of the service department and have had excellent service there as well. Service department workers are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and follow through with communication. More

Lexus of Brookfield has been a great service partner in maintaining the car, which has been very reliable and requires little maintenance. So naturally Brookfield helped us in our search for a replacement. The sales staff was excellent and consultative to aid us make the best decision for our needs. Jill Johns and Dale particularly looked after our needs, and provided superb options to buy; new, CPO, and used. Outstanding! More
