Pleasant experience starting with your website and a phone response from internet sales. Working with Ben Noeske was great from the get-go. Extremely slow response times. When I was able to get a hold of whoever I needed they were fairly helpful. However, when you spend that kind of money on a car you expect better service. It took a total of 15 days to get my car overnighted to me when buying online. The fact that there’s not some sort of document checklist or online document signing tool like Adobe Sign or Docusign makes this dealership seem very outdated. More
