Extremely slow response times. When I was able to get a hold of whoever I needed they were fairly helpful. However, when you spend that kind of money on a car you expect better service. It took a total of hold of whoever I needed they were fairly helpful. However, when you spend that kind of money on a car you expect better service. It took a total of 15 days to get my car overnighted to me when buying online. The fact that there’s not some sort of document checklist or online document signing tool like Adobe Sign or Docusign makes this dealership seem very outdated. More

Alex was FANTASTIC!!! I had viewed a RC350 F Sport while at the Brookfield dealership and spoke to Adam who introduced me to Alex. Alex arranged for my son and I to test drive the car. Alex professionally at the Brookfield dealership and spoke to Adam who introduced me to Alex. Alex arranged for my son and I to test drive the car. Alex professionally explained all the options available, he clearly went over the contract and answered all of my questions. He made purchasing my RC350 F Sport easy and enjoyable. Since my purchase Alex has been available to answer all my follow up questions and even arranged for Lexus Wade the technology guru to further assist with my knowledge of my RC350 F Sport. Since I hadn’t purchased a vehicle in quite a while the one negative was the unexpected mandatory additional fees (cleaning, nitrogen, etc) above what was listed as the MSRP. These extra fees were between $129-$179 each which added extra cost I wasn’t expecting so that was disappointing but in the end I decided to trust that I was making a good decision to buy from the Lexus of Brookfield and Alex Bolotin!!! I’m hoping in the future Alex will assist my son when he’s ready for a new car. More

We were not completely satisfied with the dealership we were working with in the Twin Cities Area, so we got on-line and found Lexus of Brookfield near Milwaukee. I believe we contacted them on Sunday eve were working with in the Twin Cities Area, so we got on-line and found Lexus of Brookfield near Milwaukee. I believe we contacted them on Sunday evening and Monday we had an email from Adam Elbiadi asking us to send us information on what we were looking for, which I sent right away. Tuesday, afternoon, I received a text message from Andy Ratner. He not only sent the Invoice for for the RX 350 we were looking for but he also sent a video of the entire vehicle... both inside and out. Over the next few days, we texted back and forth with my questions and his answers and Saturday morning, my wife and I drove the 340 miles to check things out. Seconds after walking through the front doors, Andy greeted us and took us to see our new Blue RX 350. He had already had it cleaned, ready to go, and brought into the showroom for us to look at it. He let us take our time as we debated whether to go with this one or, maybe take a red one that we liked as well. He never tried to push us one way or the other... even though he had already spent the time getting this blue one ready for us. When we finally made up our minds, he jumped into action getting all the paperwork ready to go into financing. After we got all of that taken care of, he took us over to meet Wade, who showed us how everything worked. After spending some time with Wade, we were ready to head for home. But Andy wasn't done. As soon as we were done learning how to work all the gadgets on the vehicle, Andy brought us back into his office where he presented us with the normal type of gifts... key rings and stuff... and then he gave my wife a dozen roses! Now, I don't usually like other men giving my wife roses, but this was pretty special. It's been almost a week, now, and my wife loves her new RX 350. She actually had tears in her eyes, while driving it the other day, because she didn't think she deserved something that beautiful. Take it from me... she does. Anyway--we could not be happier with the attention we received from everybody at Lexus of Brookfield... especially Andy Ratner! Mike E. More

Andy Ratner was awesome to deal with at Lexus of Brookfield. He answered calls and texts after hours and on his day off and even when I needed to have the tires switched from summer treads to all s Brookfield. I live 600 miles from the dealership, but when I'm looking for another Lexus, I'll check in with Andy first! I'd also like to mention that Adam Elbiadi in internet sales was my first contact and his honesty and hard work ( I made him take multiples video's and get other employees to validate a no smoke interior) gave ne the confidence to move forward and drive the 600 miles to buy the vehicle. Lastly, the inservice from Wade was top notch and made the drive away worry free, as I knew how all the buttons and dials worked. Overall, a top notch dealer! More
