Good afternoon, so you really profiled me and because of my appearance you are telling me. "You have certain Protocols in place to ensure the protection of your customers and your dealership". So for you guys I was looking dangerous (My appearance) "Racial profiling or ethnic profiling" and that was the reason of asking me for Id (identification) and you Vendor was questioning me about my life even I was with my 3 years old son on my arms when I was inside of you dealership. Good evening. I never wanted to drive any car in your dealership. From the beginning I talked to your vendor about seeing the Tucson car 2018 with my family. I was at Hyundai in Stamford the day before March 15. They did not asked me for any Id just to see the Hyundai Tucson. The Salesman at Stamford Hyundai, "Sabi" is his name kindly brought a 2021 Tucson from the Stamford Mall where he told me they keep their cars to his Stamford dealership just for me and my family to see it. SABI the vendor checked in his system (Computer) that you Danbury Hyundai and Stamford Hyundai have the same owner and the car that I saw online was in your dealership at Danbury Hyundai so it was explained to me that you had the car I was looking for, that's why I traveled to Danbury Hyundai and wasted my time....... No problem, I bought last week a 2021 Nissan Rogue at the Wilton Nissan dealership who knew how to treat me well. Thanks again for answering my complaint about your vendor who asked me about all my life, where I live? where I am from? telephone number? My email address? and took photos of my Id with his personal phone!! just I repeat JUST TO SEE A CAR. Thanks and have a good night.
