Been going to Nissan for years bought 3 cars here so far everyone is so very knowledgeable and helpful. I also take my car to be serviced. The staff at Nissan Colonial Medford are outstanding. I had a horrible week with my tires and they were able to help me with ease. I was first greeted by Jessica and she was very nice and easy to talk to. had a horrible week with my tires and they were able to help me with ease. I was first greeted by Jessica and she was very nice and easy to talk to. Then the sales manager Joe came to talk with me and made me feel very comfortable and less stressed. Then I had the pleasure of checking out with service advisor Joanne who was pleasant and all smiles, yes she had her mask on but I could tell she was smiling! The first thing he said to me when I entered the dealership he greeted me and told me I am the general manager I don’t usually talk to customers !!!!!!! REALLY , REALLY MR. TOM , GENERAL MANAGER. You are nothing but an empty suit . I will never ever buy a car from them Just because of Mr. general manager Tom . Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but to deal with this gentleman . No people skills. In his own mind he thinks he is the president of Nissan North America . Mr. Viola sales manger is a great guy, too bad he works for this guy. I will go to Kelly Nissan for a better deal than dealing with this person . More
