Overall, we had a good experience with your dealership even though we were disappointed with the final lease agreement monthly payment having been mis Overall, we had a good experience with your dealership even though we were disappointed with the final lease agreement monthly payment having been misrepresented. We had expressed interest in a 12k mile per year/36k mile 3 year lease, and the sales person provided us with numbers based upon this only to retract his calculations stating the numbers were based on a 10k mile/yr lease. At no time did we ever express this was our desire and even confirmed via telephone conversation with same sales person that these numbers were based on a 12k mile/yr lease. When we showed up the following day to sign the papers, the same sales person presented us with higher payments explaining the original payments reflected a 10k mile/yr lease despite having confirmed they were based on a 12k miles yr/36k miles 3 yr lease the day prior. Other than that, we are happy with the vehicle and especially happy with Homero Quinonez whom showed nothing but professionalism, excellent vehicle knowledge, friendliness, consistency, and integrity throughout our interactions. Surprise new car day!! We had only come to compare Las Vegas Subaru prices with Reno Subaru prices. All of the Reno staff were friendly, knowledgable and understanding of t We had only come to compare Las Vegas Subaru prices with Reno Subaru prices. All of the Reno staff were friendly, knowledgable and understanding of the apprehension involved in buying a car. The price we were given was lower than Vegas with an additional package option...so we bought a new car. Our salesman Tom was great to work with and very down to earth in his approach, which we appreciated. We are loving our new purchase. More

Excellent service This was the first 6,000 mile service. The estimated time for the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection was about one hour. The service was completed before that and I waited in a comforatble service area. The service advisor, Brandy Fallscher, was extremely friendly , informative, and made sure the whole experience was pleasant. She succeeded. A great representative for the Lithia Service Dept.. More
