This was my second new car purchase from Sun Toyota and it was a great experience. Jesse went out of his way to get us into a test drive and also provided us with a rental (same model we were purchasing, w it was a great experience. Jesse went out of his way to get us into a test drive and also provided us with a rental (same model we were purchasing, which was cool) for a week while we were waiting for our new car to arrive at the dealership. He was constantly communicating status updates while we were waiting, too! I also worked with Willy in the parts department who helped me get the OEM trailer hitch installed on the new vehicle so it was all set when I came to pick it up (and the installation work, which involved cutting in the bumper was excellent, looks like a factory install). More
