Sales vs Finance I asked for you guys to check on financing because it was a Saturday. Took all day and never heard back. Frustrating because Im over 2 hours away and I asked for you guys to check on financing because it was a Saturday. Took all day and never heard back. Frustrating because Im over 2 hours away and would be in Desoto at 6pm for my sons race. On Monday promises but got a call at 6pm saying rate would be 9.9. Then as soon as I said no offerrd 7.9. Anyway had words and the finance guy was not pleasant to talk to. Decided to look elsewhere. Found one in Irving and drove to see it. Had body damage so had 2 others but liked the one you guys had the most. Was told on Saturday it had no dents. Drove to your dealership with my own financing of 4.2 from my local credit union. Jessie was great but truck had 2 noticeable dents. We talked about it. Once again the finance guy was an xxx to me but I wanted to deal with Jessie. I decided to go with the truck after some words with your finance guy. Jessie got me the truck but probably wont ever come back due to how uncomfortable Inwas with the other guy. Talked down to me in front of my wife. After the deal I spoke to Jessie about my experiences in sales for over 20 years. Honesty and being straight forward is the way to build a customer base and that this other guy was not how to do it. Anyway Jessie gets an A and the other guy an F. Im not a violent person but he had me ready to fight. Over two hours for this xxx to be a jerk and it not even his sale. Thats my rant but I love the truck. Jessie has a future if he builds it. More
