At first they seem to care and be professional but once you say your interested all they care about is how much your putting down and to get you into finance office , the small talk and personal questions you say your interested all they care about is how much your putting down and to get you into finance office , the small talk and personal questions stop then it's all of a sudden are you leaving with the car today how much are you willing to give us...ect,.... car was covered in pollen and not washed just watered down and the was still fingerprints on the console and dash from 3 days before when I test drove the vehicle. Sales man called to ask if I could get it a certain day I said I will be able to the next day and got hung up on by the sales person. More

I told him I wanted a black Cadillac. He showed me a couple other luxury cars and they just didn’t do it for me. He was doubtful that they would get one anytime soon but 2 days later I got the call. I even had the Caddy dealership looking and to this day I have not received a single call from them. When my car went into service Malick kept me updated daily! This car buying experience was even better than the 1st. Again, thank you Malick. You’re one of a kind! More

Went to Automax to look at a some possible options. I did not need a car when I met JC. Immediately I was greeted and felt like I was talking to someone I've known for many years. JC was easy going, po I did not need a car when I met JC. Immediately I was greeted and felt like I was talking to someone I've known for many years. JC was easy going, polite, funny, and showed no pressure of needing or wanting a sale. Went on a test drive and spoke about life. Few minutes later we were back at the dealership and ready to sign some paperwork. Jessie was our financial manager and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything and gave us options for warranty packages but did not force it on me. Overall Automax has been the best experience for car buying and I look forward to getting JC some business! More

Went in to look at a truck. Was skeptical because the online ad seemed too good to be true. With the sale they were having on trade in and low interest rate I walked out 2 hours later with a new truck. Great experience. More
