I recently purchased my 3rd ML from Atlanta Classic Cars. I first worked with Jesse Cannon-Wallace when she was the Delivery Specialist on one of the previous ML's I purchased from ACC. What a pleasure it was dealing with Jesse as the Salesperson on my recent ML purchase. Thanks to her ability to quickly and efficiently contrast the improvements in the 2013 ML to the one I previously owned, she made the entire process one that few people are likely to have ever experienced in relation to a new vehicle purchase. But Jesse's efforts to ensure I had a totally satisfactory experience with my new ML did not end with the trade. She has contacted me periodically to be certain the new ML fully met my expectations. I would without reservation recommend Jesse and Atlanta Classic Cars to anyone who is shopping for a Mercedes-Benz. More

Throughout my ownership of my first Mercedes, Jesse kept in contact with me, inquiring what I liked about the car and what I would want differently in my next purchase. When it came time to buy my second Mercedes, Jesse already had the perfect car selected for me. Time is critically important to me. Jesse's contact with me and attention to the information I share with her has made my Mercedes car buying experiences the best I've ever had and they've taken the least amount of time. Combined with the outstanding (prompt, clean, and courteous) service I receive from the ACC Service Department and the excellence of my Mercedes itself, I won't go anywhere else to purchase a car. This was my second vehicle from Atlanta Classic Cars. There were some issues the first time I took the car out of town. I was in a fairly rural area and there was no dealership within 100+ miles. She helped me locate the car with my ideal configuration, which allowed me to check it out before making up my mind. This is extremely helpful, and none of the other dealers were able to do that for me. I owe Jesse a big thank you! Furthermore, I am remote to Jesse's dealership. From the beginning, she knew that I might not purchase from her. She still spent lots of time answering my emails, searched inventory and sent me pictures and vehicle configurations, and replied to my pricing questions.
