Overall experience with the employees at Bristol Toyota. Always treated respectfully and able to agree on reasonable purchases. Have been trading with them for over 25 years and continue to do so. In buying our new Camry, we found JR easy to talk with, we explained what we were looking for in a new car, he listened patiently, he answered our questions very thoroughly and came back with a price that was within our budget. This was by far our easiest car purchase to date - it took about two hours from when we first walked in to when we finalized paperwork. Jes was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient - there were no games when it came to pricing, etc. The gentleman that assisted us with financing (his name escapes me) was also great - he took the extra time to figure out which conditions would benefit us most. Overall, a great experience with staff that know their jobs well, and do not play games. Highly recommended. More
