oil change I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.3 I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.30 pm and spoke to Nicole Walrath. She stated she had an opening at 3:00 this afternoon. I came back about 2:00 and told Nicole I was there. She processed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. My keys were returned to me at 2:52 and Nicole asked me to follow her to the cashier. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole again. I bought my 2011 Malibu at the dealership and have been very pleased with my interaction with all the employees. More

Wheelan’s Artic Adventure Just purchased Corvette number? Hmm, I don’t remember. Christian remembered us from our last purchase when he was new to the brand. He was humble, Just purchased Corvette number? Hmm, I don’t remember. Christian remembered us from our last purchase when he was new to the brand. He was humble, pleasant and a good learner. This time he surprised my wife and I on how much Corvette knowledge he gained. It’s also nice that he woks well with his mentor JC. They make a good team. The title was Artic Adventure since we purchased an Artic white car and it was breezy cool delivery day. Thanks Christian and JC. PS, I have to thank Jerry in service. Came in to install a new spoiler and left with an Artic white! More

Excellent service I purchased a new 2013 GMC Acadia from Fountain GMC in Orlando. Whenever I would make an appointment for service, I would get there only to be told t I purchased a new 2013 GMC Acadia from Fountain GMC in Orlando. Whenever I would make an appointment for service, I would get there only to be told they were "too busy" to accommodate me. I finally got fed up and decided to see if Don Mealey Chevrolet would do my service. After meeting Jerry Merriman (the service advisor), I knew I made the right choice. I've been a customer of Don Mealey's service department for several years now because of Jerry. I was in to get my vehicle serviced on December 16th. After all the years of being treated so well, I knew my next vehicle would be purchased from Don Mealey Chevrolet. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I walked into the showroom and saw a black, 2018 Traverse. That was it... I fell in love with it. I was approached by Dave Coke (a sales associate), who couldn't have been any nicer. He wasn't a high pressure salesman like I've dealt with in the past. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out the various safety features it was equipped with. "SOLD." I went back later in the day to do the paperwork and was greeted by Jorge Rivera (another sales associate) who worked along with Dave. Jorge was a pleasure to do business with also. He too was very knowledgeable and pointed out some additional features the vehicle had. Jorge was computer savvy and showed me how to hook up to wifi, log onto my Sirius XM account, came with me when I took it for a test drive and explained how different features worked. I was introduced to Marc Anglin (the finance manager) and he couldn't have been more pleasant and made the deal stress free. All in all, my experience in purchasing my new Traverse from Don Mealey Chevrolet was outstanding. From now on, my loyalty is to Don Mealey Chevrolet... and it all started the very first day I met Jerry Merriman. More
