My experience with Jerry and Fred was outstanding! I called with specs of the car I desired and they turned it around in a week! They found the car, worked hard to create a fair price and within that we called with specs of the car I desired and they turned it around in a week! They found the car, worked hard to create a fair price and within that week, I was driving my car off the lot! I continue to be impressed with the level of customer service I receive at Ganley! Out of all the BMW dealerships in the Cleveland area, I would always choose Ganley and recommend to my friends and family! More

I found Jerry well versed in his product. He clearly pointed out everything I needed to know as a first time buyer. Because I was exporting the car to Canada and had never done it before I only wished I pointed out everything I needed to know as a first time buyer. The salesman, Jerry Mancini, is a decent guy, he should go to work for another dealership. I was told when I bought the car that it was certified pre owned and that the car goes through a rigorous multi po go to work for another dealership. I was told when I bought the car that it was certified pre owned and that the car goes through a rigorous multi point inspection. I hit a pothole last weekend and damaged both run flat tires on the passenger side. I called Ganley to take the car in for repair but they were too busy to get to it right away. I called another dealer who took it in right away. They told me they discovered that when they removed all four wheels and tires that three of the wheels and tires were one size and the other whell and tire was a differnt size. Needless to say I question the CPO process at Ganley when they can't even check that the wheels and tires are the same size. I called the service manager to let him know what happened, he didn't know what to do so he handed me off to the used car sales manager, the used car sales manager was the opitome of a used car salesman and treated me like it was my fault. Needless to say I am very suspect of the CPO process that BMW uses and I will never set foot in any Ganley dealership again. More
