Everyone made me feel appreciated and spent as much time answering my questions as needed. I have always thought excellent customer service is what makes a business thrive. They have excellent customer service. My salesperson was Kelly Witzel and couldn’t be better. Anytime I have questions, he is more than helpful. He checks in with me often to make sure any questions I have are answered. Zach Townsend has been my tech guy and so helpful. I’m so grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help me. Kellan Deyo is my service advisor and more than competent to handle any issues that may arise. And very honest. I feel like they all have tried to get to know me more personally than I would have expected and that is a huge thing to me. My car is only a month old but I look forward to long positive relationships with this Honda family. More
