The rating is really a ZERO!!!! They have pictures of a car, but when you drive all the way there, it's not the same car. They told me that they used stock photos. What a big fat lie!!. I got there and car, but when you drive all the way there, it's not the same car. They told me that they used stock photos. What a big fat lie!!. I got there and the seats had rips and holes in them. They told me the car was "certified". But the brakes were almost down to nothing, the rims were all chipped up, and of course the lousy seats. It looked like someone had thrown a milkshake on the inside top of the car. It was all over the inside map lights and then all over the shift console. When I told them about it they just said we can take a look at it. Maybe they should have done that first when they were Pre-Certifying it. The salesman said he would negotiate a better price with the sales manager, but when he came over to talk with me he said there was nothing he could do. horible experience while searching for a new vehicle to replace my leased truck came across the right match at KCDJR, initialized a contact via internet to see about while searching for a new vehicle to replace my leased truck came across the right match at KCDJR, initialized a contact via internet to see about the vehicle. I had several questions regarding my lease and how that process would work. Having checked around this was the only 2019 vehicle in the area meeting my desired criteria. I placed a deposit on the truck to hold the vehicle. They provided only one option, a lease purchase and trade and valued my trade at $17000. Another dealership valued the trade at $22000 and found out that my better option would be to pay off the lease and do a lease turn in. Seeing that I a was being treated much better as a customer and since the other dealer found a similar vehicle, and discussed the just announced employee pricing, I decided to go with them. I asked via email for my deposit return and the reply was simply it is a non refundable deposit. I will not do business with such an unethical establishment. More

Having said that ... you have to ask for DAVID MAXSON!! He was phenomenal! He walked that lot with us for hours answering questions about so many vehicles (too many to count) He is also the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met! Never once did he pressure either of us toward a certain vehicle! He listen to what we were looking for and kept that in mind , never once trying to push us into something different. So thankful he was the one who approached us first ( while trying to eat his entire lunch in one bite lol ) just to help us ! Dave Maxson is the man !!!
