Worst Sales and Service Ever I would give Kings Ford a -5 stars if it would let me. My advice is to stay away from Kings Ford. I would go to a buy here Pay here before I would do business with Kings Ford. Please read full article to find out why Kings Ford should be avoided at all costs. First off.. I went to the sales department to trade my 2011 GMC Terrain for a 2019 Ford Fusion. After hours of waiting, the sales person came back and told me that he needs another day. After 2 days I was told I could they could not fiance me . Weeks later I went to another dealership and I was financed within in an hour for a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid, fully loaded. By the way..it was with the same finance company that Kings Ford said they could not get me financed. Very suspicious!!!! The other problem with Kings Ford is the service. I do have some bugs to iron out on my new car, and it is still under warranty by Ford. Kings Ford service will ask the mileage of the vehicle before scheduling an appointment. they seem to determine it the car is under warranty and if they can push the service schedule way out to let the mileage run out of warranty, they seem to do so. I called another dealer ship and they scheduled me 2 weeks before Kings Ford would schedule me. The second problem with Kings Ford service is, if you have a device that detects mechanical problems like Verizon Hum and you give them the detection code, they refuse to look it up and give advice, they just say to bring it in and they can diagnosed it, which is a problem because they schedule at least 3 weeks out from the time you call. the other ford service that i did schedule service took the time with me and looked it up and scheduled in right away. More

I have been a loyal customer of the Kings Ford service department for about 10 years- I’ve had many ups and downs during this time period. There have been years where I have hated every second of my exper department for about 10 years- I’ve had many ups and downs during this time period. There have been years where I have hated every second of my experience with them but I continued to use them due to laziness and I guess convenience. I’ve bought two cars from Kings ford (I always used Randy in the sales department he’s awesome!) But I have to say, the SERVICE DEPARTMENT has really stepped up their game over the last 6-12 months. Jarrod has been great with both my car and my husbands. The rest of the staff have been courteous and I feel as though my car has been serviced or fixed in a timely manner (within reason). My only complaint is the call center they use for rerouting service calls both of the people I have spoke to have been dumber than a box of rocks. Anyways, all in all- good job improving! it’s about time More

Fun and painless Customer service is excellent. Greeted by everyone and our first salesman , now in finance, remembered us and our experience purchasing our first Esc Customer service is excellent. Greeted by everyone and our first salesman , now in finance, remembered us and our experience purchasing our first Escape. We're now on our third Escape from Kings and love the car and enjoy the dealership. The only improvement area would be in having a list of cars ready to see and review when we come in -especially since we set our criteria and appointment time in advance. The salesman was very knowledgable of the features of the new 2020 and demonstrated them on our test drive. More
