The only complaint I have is how long the process takes once a decision has been made to purchase a used car. I do have to say, I like that a customer can roam the lot without a salesperson tagging along once a decision has been made to purchase a used car. I do have to say, I like that a customer can roam the lot without a salesperson tagging along now. That is one reason I had stayed away from Ricart for over 20 years. Also, the "no haggle" internet price is no fun. My husband loves to haggle. More

Your dealership charged me 5 points higher trying to finance a vehicle after I was told I was given the best deal available. Then when I called to cancel the deal because I didn't take delivery of the c finance a vehicle after I was told I was given the best deal available. Then when I called to cancel the deal because I didn't take delivery of the car I was told I was given a generic interest rate and that it was not the final rate although I signed all the paperwork. Very disappointing experience. More
