GET A FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!! Their finance guy directly lied to my face about the cost of an extended warranty. It was $2,500 plus interest, thanks guys. He also tried to pull some kind of yo-yo financing scheme on me after closing. Dealership also refused to honor an oil change they agreed to when I purchased. I purchased a Eco Sport last year this car was not a good fit for me so I returned this year and traded it in for an Edge. Absolutely shameful place to even walk in. I tried doing business with this company and not only were the salesmen very sexiest and said sexual things to my wife and I. The guy thought it was so cool that my wife and I are two females and kept making sexual jokes, as well as gay jokes which we didn’t appreciate. More
