I would only suggest that to make the buying process better, make it a relaxed, cozy environment… maybe a coffee/tea bar, cookies, cozy chairs to wait in… after all, buying a car is an all day process on the fastest sell no matter if they do say “in and out in an hour” that NEVER happens. And common business decency… I did get the car I bought washed and the tank filled, but only because I ASKED for it. That should have been a given simply for my purchase at their dealership. Overall, since I don’t frequent car dealerships often, I would give this one 4 out of 5. More
