They don't tell you that you have to pay for the "Werner Way" program. You cannot opt out. They don't tell you that you have to pay for the IKON theft protection even though the form they give you says you Way" program. You cannot opt out. The dealership is extremely clean and warm and inviting our sales person. Michael Oquendo was amazing.
