Let me preface by saying I'm pretty hard on ratings, 4 is pretty good for me. 5 is perfect and beyond, can't say I ever had that treatment when buying a car... Pros: Jermaine made sure to follow up with me on all questions/issues. I requested not having to stay longer than hour to complete the deal since most everything was taken care of prior to me picking up the vehicle. (Love that most everything can be done digitally!) After I got home I discovered car manual was missing, Jermaine was able to get me one which I appreciate! Cons: They did try to low-ball me on my trade-in, but when I provided what another dealership was willing to give they did match it. I did feel they were too busy to really take the time to review the car features with me. But I was out abt 75 minutes over all which was my end goal! Overall a pleasant car buying experience which I haven't really had in the past. So I would recommend! More

I came to look at the new 2021 Rogue My lease was about to expire so I test drove one and liked it. So even though there were very few new 2021 Rogue left, my son had found one online and Jermaine located to expire so I test drove one and liked it. Wonderful service Jermaine is absolutely wonderful. He is patient, funny and will not sell you anything you don’t need. I had a slight idea of what I wanted but wasn’t Jermaine is absolutely wonderful. He is patient, funny and will not sell you anything you don’t need. I had a slight idea of what I wanted but wasn’t sure. He helped me find a car that would be good for me without selling me things I didn’t need or want. Before we even started looking he helped me figure out interest rates on new and used cars to see what the better deal was. He took his time with what I was looking for and told me the pros and cons of each car we saw. If there isn’t a car that you want, he will track it down. Even when I come in for service he always comes up to say hi. He will not sell you anything you don’t need and will always answer any questions. I’ve been to other dealerships that were only selling a car just to sell a car. Jermain is not one of those people though. He will show you what’s in your price point and help figure out what will benefit you most if you don’t know. He’s not pushy either which is great. More
