Don’t trust their “Certified” cars! I test drove one of their “Certified” 2016 Highlanders. I asked the Salesman, “Tell me what is wrong with this car” (since it had been on the lot for I test drove one of their “Certified” 2016 Highlanders. I asked the Salesman, “Tell me what is wrong with this car” (since it had been on the lot for a while) and he said “Nothing”. After the test drive, he went inside. FORTUNATELY, I looked under the hood! The battery connectors were corroded. Then, I saw that hose clamps were corroded, the hood latch spring was corroded, the chipped paint was rusting, the spare tire rim was rusting, and the aluminum engine was showing signs of oxidizing. The Toyota “Certified” program says that one of the many items they check is “NO battery corrosion”. The dealership did not follow through with inspecting and fixing this car. And, whoever buys one of their rusty vehicles will probably be in deep trouble because my guess is that corrosion issues will not be covered! Read the warranty fine print, and it says airborne pollutants and salt/water should be washed away every day. Really?? Good luck if you live near the beach. Please glance under the hood, or have your mechanic check it out, before you sign. More

Awesome Jermaine Lewis (sales man) was awesome. He came right up to me outside asked how my day was before even going Into what I was looking for. He took my Jermaine Lewis (sales man) was awesome. He came right up to me outside asked how my day was before even going Into what I was looking for. He took my right to the vehicle I found online was able to answer all my questions. I left after looking at the vehicle never went inside he wasn’t pushy let me know if I had any questions give him a call he gave me his card and I ended up coming back thenvery next day to by my vehicle. I drove off the lot in no time that night. Next day Jermaine drove to debary (45 min away from dealer ship) to pick up my vehicle because I felt something was wrong with my breaks he was here and back before i even got off work!! He has shown me nothing but respect and has made sure i am 100% happy. I also worked with Carol a little bit which I did not catch his last name but he was just as great. I know from her moving forward if I have any issues I can trust Jermaine or carol will help me out in the best way they can. Because I don’t live in Daytona they have a local dealership I can get my oil changes BUT I was treated so well and with so many smiles I’d rather drive to Daytona to keep my oil up to date and maintenance. More

Jermaine Lewis approached us and showed us different cars. We told him we like to have a Toyota equivalent to Honda CRV. He worked on the figures and unfortunately its not going to lower our monthly payment. He suggested to come the following year. Then After a little over the year, He showed us the same kindness, patience and enthusiasm as before. Finally we settled to take a Toyota Corolla. Jermaine hard so we didn't have to put any down payment and better yet less monthly payments. Jermaine is a miracle hard worker and given us terrific customer service. More

He was professional, courteous and provided outstanding customer service. All our concerns were addressed. The front line personnel are so important. You are spending lots of money in purchasing a vehicle and it can be a stressful situation. If you do not have the RIGHT initial experience, most likely, you will go to another dealership. All the staff we encountered were terrific. I recommend working with Jermaine.......and recommend Daytona Toyota for your vehicle purchase! We are very happy with "OUR" new Tacoma truck! More
