My experience with Ricart was very positive. Basically they were the most competitive price for the vehicle that I wanted. There $200 air-travel reimbursement was what put it over the top. I know its hard sometimes to deal with car sales associates because you feel like they are taking advantage of you. But if you do your homework and find the competitive price that you are looking for then the negotiations go out the window. I was willing to pay the price that Ricart Automotive had and the transaction could not of went smoother. Jeremy Tudor took care of us from beginning to end. From picking us up at the airport to setting up the Sync system as we were driving off the lot. More

My thoughts also included the possibility that this would be my "last" car so why did I want to participate in the purchase. I wasn't going to enjoy it. This is the first vehicle "I" have purchased totally by myself. By that I mean I have been shopping off and on via the Internet for over a year. I knew I would eventually find what I was looking for. I found the used 2010 Kia Soul at Ricart and my experience with the staff, in particular, Dan, allowed me to feel empowered during this transaction. More

I was dragging my feet getting into the dealership but Jeremy kept emailing me and didn't give up. When my SUV needed expensive repairs, I finally decided to take it in for a trade in. The entire process went smoothly for me (although I know much work went on behind the scenes) and I got a newer and nicer car then I was planning on. More
