Great car buying experience. Ms. Swavey Uchime took care of me. No dealer mark up. Everything was upfront. I was given price before even stepping foot onto the dealership. All I did was come in, test drive the vehicle and drove home the vehicle same day for the agreed upon price. Mr. Jeremy Payne in Finance department made everything simple and easy without the high pressure sales. Layed out the product warranty information and allowed me to add on if I felt it was of value to me. I have been to a this dealership in the past for parts. Parts department is equally as good. Mr. Jeremy Johnson has always been helpful in finding what I need. My experience at this dealership has always been a pleasant one. I feel like a valued customer here. Leadership at this dealership exhibits great customer service. More

I don't normally give out five stars, but in this particular case I had to. I visited at least 5 other car dealerships between Hurst, Irving, and Arlington. At each of those dealerships, I felt like particular case I had to. I visited at least 5 other car dealerships between Hurst, Irving, and Arlington. At each of those dealerships, I felt like all I was, was a quota for the month. One of those dealerships did an excellent job selling me a Ford F150 in 2009... which is now my second vehicle, after my vehicle purchase with Don Davis. I actually had plans to give that dealership preference over all the other dealerships I visited, because they kept in touch with me every year since I bought a vehicle from them, but multiple sales staff turned out to be a great big disappointment to me with their sales approach and dealership policies. All of the dealerships hardened my attitude towards them. After a short time at Don Davis Nissan, I literally could not believe how simple and easy the process was for purchasing a vehicle could be, In fact, After my initial visit with Jeremy Payne, in Finance, I kept asking my sales agent Juan Sosa, if there was any other paperwork I needed to complete. Without any exaggeration, this was the most easiest, pleasant, and satisfying vehicle purchase I've made yet, and I've been buying vehicle's since I was 18 years old, and I'm 63 years old now. Mr. Diggs added an extra perk on my purchase, and Shuan Braun saw to it that an accessory was installed in the back of my crew cab, and he was a pleasure to meet Keep up the great work, and I hope all of your future customers get an opportunity to experience a similar car buying experience as I did!! I have to add, that I was very impressed with the promptness, and kindness of the people, and how they work as a Team in all the different areas of that Dealership. More
